Our Doctors of Chiropractic
Our Doctors of Chiropractic are all trained to the highest of International Standards and have large practice experience in England and abroad. They are all registered with the General Chiropractic Council, the regulatory Government Body, which protects and maintains the high standards of the Chiropractic Profession. All of the practitioners listed below are Doctors of Chiropractic (as opposed to Doctors of Medicine).
Dr Peter S WestergaardDr Peter S Westergaard, Founder of BritChiro Clinics, completed his pre-clinical studies at the University of Odense in Denmark, then studied four years at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic followed by a post-graduate year of full-time practice and studies at the Nordic Institute of Chiropractic and Clinical Biomechanics in Denmark. On graduation he built a strong practice in Denmark. He then decided to move to Britain with the challenging aim of achieving a high status for Chiropractic here, as is the case in Denmark. He is a well known figure in the Chiropractic profession in both England and abroad - also inspiring Chiropractic university students in Denmark, England & Australia, in the capacity of external lecturer.
Peter is married and has two teenage daughters who are both enthusiastic Chiropractic patients. |
Dr Charlene WarnellDr Charlene Warnell, who is from Canada, graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. Before moving to England Charlene graduated from Saint Mary's University in Halifax with a degree in both Psychology and English. Charlene, who was a competitive gymnast, first encountered the power of Chiropractic many years ago when she, after suffering an injury to her shoulder, was successfully treated by a Chiropractor. The natural philosophy and effective treatment techniques behind Chiropractic practice inspired her to become a part of this dynamic profession.
Dr Warnell has practiced in BritChiro Horsham’s branch for over nineteen years and for many patients in West Sussex, Charlene is the first port of call for their health and wellbeing. Charlene has a special interest in treating and optimising chronic conditions and she often treats many generations of the same family. |
Dr Edmund TsoDr Edmund Tso, who is from Hong Kong, graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. Before studying chiropractic, Edmund graduated from The University of Bristol with a degree in Applied Anatomy. Having competed in a variety of sports locally in Somerset, where he grew up, Edmund understands the importance of peak performance in sport. After his wife suffered a back injury which was successfully treated with chiropractic Edmund felt inspired to change the course of his career to become a chiropractor.
Edmund has been working at BritChiro Horsham since 2017 and is passionate about sharing his knowledge on maintaining optimum health and well-being through chiropractic and has a particular interest in treating chronic back and neck conditions. Edmund is married and he and his wife have two sons. |
Dr Teri ClarkeTeri Clarke - Doctor of Chiropractic, achieved her Masters Degree in Chiropractic from the AECC in 2004, where she was awarded “Clinician of the Year”. Teri also has a BSc(Hons) Science and Management in Health and Fitness.
Teri is passionate in helping people from all walks of life - infants and children, office workers, athletes and the older populations. For over 15 years Teri has been providing local communities with drug free, spinal health care and lifestyle advice, helping individuals lead and maintain a healthier, active life. |
Dr Eloise MoodyEloise Moody was first introduced to Chiropractic care herself as a teenager when working part-time in a chiropractic clinic. After seeing the profound effect that treatment had on both herself and her parents, Eloise was inspired to pursue a career in Chiropractic and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the AECC in Bournemouth. As well as striving to promote and deliver excellence in patient care, Eloise is passionate about empowering patients and helping them take steps toward improving their quality of life and has experience with treating chronic conditions, headaches, arm pain, back pain and leg pain.
As an oarswoman, Eloise spends her time competing for her local rowing club around the country, as well as training in Christchurch harbour during the week. Alongside this, Eloise also volunteers, running stretching and mobility workshops for club members. As a result of her rowing background, Eloise has a keen interest in sports and performance and endeavours to support the GB Coastal Rowing team when they join the Olympics in Los Angeles in 2028. |
Dr Lucy JuradoLucy Jurado, who is from Surrey, graduated from the AECC in Bournemouth with a First Class Master’s degree in Chiropractic. Lucy’s journey into the world of Chiropractic began when she personally experienced its remarkable effectiveness in treating her own low back and neck problems. This transformative experience ignited a profound enthusiasm within her for the power of Chiropractic.
Driven by her deep admiration for Chiropractic and her desire to make a greater impact, Lucy made the resolute decision to become a chiropractor. Recognising the importance of delivering professional and tailored treatment to each of her patients, she dedicates herself wholeheartedly to providing personalised care and has a genuine passion for assisting individuals in pain and those recovering from injuries. She also has a special interest in treating shoulder conditions and chronic arthritic conditions such as hip and knee pain and helping patients regain and maintain mobility and movement. |
Dr Jack HumphreyDr Jack Humphrey is also a graduate from the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a first-class Masters degree in Chiropractic.
Before joining BritChiro, Jack has worked in busy Chiropractic clinics in London and Hove, serving the population, ranging from infants to grandparents. Jack is goal-focussed and concentrates on getting the individual ‘back to action’ as quickly and efficiently as possible. A keen sportsman, Dr Jack Humphrey first became interested in Chiropractic when he received Chiropractic treatment for his own low back problems related to triathlon training. Away from Chiropractic Jack enjoys hiking, playing chess and maintaining his spoken Spanish, having previously completed a degree in languages. |
Dr Morten WestergaardDr Morten Westergaard is a Danish Doctor of Chiropractic who graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1998 where he obtained a Master of Science degree in Chiropractic. He is a second generation chiropractor – in fact his family counts seven chiropractors. He has diverse practice experience having principally practiced in the UK as well as having consulted in Oslo, Norway.
Due to his always positive outlook and his dedication to meeting patients’ high expectations he has become a well respected figure within the community. Being a family man he is proactive in ensuring that Chiropractic treatment is gaining its rightful recognition for its primary role in health care assisting people at all stages of life due to its ability to help a wide spectrum of health conditions. In addition to practising in his own practice in Hove, Morten plays an important role at BritChiro Clinics, mentoring associate Chiropractors and assisting in the day to day running of the New Milton clinic. |
